Policy for whistleblowing
If you suspect irregularities related to Läkarmissionen’s or IAS work, we want to know about it.
As a transparent and trustworthy organization, good ethics are of utmost importance in all aspects of our work. Possible irregularities need to be detected and addressed as early as possible.
The aim of our Whistleblowing Policy is to encourage employees and others who have serious concerns about any aspect of Läkarmissionen’s work to come forward and voice those concerns.
If someone contacts Läkarmissionen regarding a suspicion of irregularities or any other inappropriate conduct (e.g. misuse of power or any kind of abuse) committed by a person connected to Läkarmissionen/IAS, the information must always be taken seriously and shall be further investigated. The informant has the right to be completely anonymous and the data provided shall always be handled with care so that the identity of the person cannot be revealed – unless the person wants otherwise. The receiver of the information is responsible for assessing the most proper way to proceed.
How to raise a concern
Depending on the seriousness and sensitivity of the issues involved and who is suspected of the wrongdoing, you can contact different persons in order to raise your concerns. Choose the way to contact us that suits you:
